A straight fall of fabric from shoulder to hip makes for a clean line down the body. The mid-hip hem emphasizes the bust line and the natural waist; a pleat in CB allows the fabric to fall in a clean line down the back. Front panels are slightly extended, terminating in a point and so creating an elongated vertical effect. Sleeves are a touch longer, allowing for ruching - or clasp a metallic cuff around the wrist over the fabric to showcase texture and colour.
